Welcome to Therapy

Do you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or frustrated by life’s stressors? Do you find yourself wanting a different path for yourself, but don’t know where to start? My ultimate goal is to help individuals attain and maintain healthy, fulfilling lifestyles through skills and strategies gained through therapy. I believe that each individual has unique strengths and insights, and I strive to build upon these to support growth. Though I primarily draw from a Cognitive-Behavioral lens, I often incorporate orientations such as Humanistic/Person-Centered, Play Therapy, Narrative, Solution-Focused, and Mindfulness-based approaches into treatment.
